Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Our host creates routine server logs, such as IP address, browser type, page requests, and timestamps. We review that data in aggregate to maintain the service and understand readership. Cookies or comparable tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure traffic, and improve the pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Links
Links may lead to Forsyth County or North Carolina records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The privacy policy of the destination controls information submitted there, including information submitted through sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as the purposes described here require. Because there are no visitor accounts, no site password or account profile is created for you here.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data a website holds. The research did not identify a single broad North Carolina consumer-data statute that provides a universal public-record deletion or opt-out right. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs and deleting information found there. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by North Carolina, Forsyth County, or Clemmons custodians are outside our control; qualifying public-record access is governed by N.C.G.S. Chapter 132, and correction requests belong with the office that created the record.
Policy Changes
Changes to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised policy.
